ADC selects Colin Everett as sales vice president for Multiple Systems Operator sales in Europe/Middle East/Africa

MINNEAPOLIS -- ADC (Nasdaq:ADCT; www.adc.com) a leading global supplier of fiber optics, network equipment, software and integration services for broadband, multi-service networks, today announced the selection of Colin Everett as sales vice president for Multiple Systems Operator sales in Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA). Everett will lead ADC's integrated global MSO sales efforts for ADC, reporting to Lyle Chalupsky, vice president of global sales for ADC. "Colin has enjoyed a distinguished career in the telecommunications field and we're thrilled to have him join ADC," said Chalupsky. "His 30 years of experience will be instrumental to ADC as we build on recent successes in the cable market place and continue to grow both awareness and sales of our Cuda product line throughout the region." Everett joins ADC after serving Nortel Networks PLC for nearly 12 years. Most recently, he served as vice president, cable media solutions where he played key roles in the design and implementation of a marketing strategy targeting the European cable sector. Everett also served Nortel as an account director with a focus on cable operators, and as account director for British Telecom. In addition, he has held management positions with leading telecommunication firms including Plessey Telecommunications and GPT. ADC Telecommunications Inc.
