ComSpanUSA and Ledcor Technical Services deploy fiber-based broadband services to residents and businesses in Bandon, OR

BANDON, Ore. -- As of today, residents and businesses of Bandon, Oregon have access to a broadbandFiber to the Premise network, delivering a ‘triple play’ of entertainment and telecommunications services. Bandon now hasin place, a modern state-of-the-art telecommunications infrastructure that will support the future telecommunicationsrequirements of the community.

ComSpan Bandon is now providing a triple-play bundle of services, including telephone, digital television and high-speedinternet, all via its newly-constructed Fiber to the Premise (FTTP) network. ComSpan Bandon is a joint venture betweenComSpanUSA, a Roseburg, Oregon-based Competitive Local Exchange Carrier, and Ledcor Technical Services (LTS), aNorth American network development, design, deployment, systems integration and managed operations servicesprovider.

“For a number of years ComSpanUSA has worked with the various levels of government, investors and developers in aneffort to make broadband services available in Bandon” stated John Stadter, President, ComSpanUSA. “The creation ofComSpan Bandon with our joint venture partner, LTS, has provided the business platform from which providingbroadband services to Bandon has become a viable business.”
