WTD Intros Triplexer

WUHAN,China -- As a leading opto-electrical components provider, WTD hereby releases its Triple-play GPON series product.

The GPON Triplexer is designed in full accordance with ITU-U G.984.2 Class B+ standard, meeting the industrial temperature requirement of -40-+85 Ž, and having an upstream rate of 1.25Gbps and a downstream rate of 2.5Gbps. This GPON Triplexer has passed the reliability test.

Simultaneously, WTD has launched Triple-play GPON modules that satisfy ITU-T G.984.2 Class B+ standard for the need of FTTH. Using high-performance burst-mode transmitting technology, this module has the digital diagnosis function, satisfying a dynamic range of over 20dB. With 1x20 package, the module has built-in highly isolated structure with nominal line rates of 2.5Gbps in the downstream direction and 1.25Gbps in the upstream direction.

All WTD's Triple-play GPON products conform to the U.S. and European requirements for product security and electromagnetic compatibility and meet EU RoHS and WEEE regulations.

The products have enlarged WTD's FTTx product portfolio, so that it has now been able to provide the customers with full series of Triple-play components for BPON/GEPON/GPON.

The products will be displayed on CIOE 2006 in September in Shenzhen.
