Justin Schutt is a principal consultant at IBB Consulting, where he works with leading cable operators, media companies and wireless companies to architect and manage large-scale, transformational initiatives. His focus includes BSS/OSS implementations, technology strategy, software architecture, IP video delivery and web and mobile app development.
