AT&T Inc. is making good on its promise to keep 4G hot through the summer with new LTE service launches.
The operator said Wednesday that it has added 13 new LTE markets and expanded its 4G footprint in 15 more. Ma Bell now has 359 live LTE markets.
The new towns and cities are:
Fort Collins-Loveland, Colo.
Coeur D'Alene, Idaho
Mount Sterling, Ken.
AT&T pre-announced 77 markets for an LTE summer launch in April. It is now ahead of its originally announced target of having at least 250 4G LTE markets up by summer's end. (See AT&T's 4G LTE Summer Splurge.)
