Yipes, Brandywine Toast Deal

SAN FRANCISCO -- Yipes Communications, Inc., the defining provider of scalable bandwidth on demand, and Brandywine Realty Trust, one of the Mid-Atlantic region's largest full-service real estate companies, today announced that they have signed a non-exclusive agreement giving Yipes access to tenants in 26 of Brandywine's buildings in the Greater Philadelphia region. In addition to its holdings in Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Virginia, Brandywine is one of the largest commercial property owners in the Philadelphia suburban marketplace, where Yipes' award-winning optical IP networks are extensively deployed. The agreement will give more Brandywine tenants the ability to enjoy flexible, high-speed Internet service or office-to-office data connectivity over Yipes' gigabit networks.
