Xilink Inks Deal With DuPont

ROUND ROCK, Texas -- DuPont Photomasks Inc. (NasdaqNM:DPMI - news) said on Monday that it will work with integrated circuits supplier Xilinx Inc. (NasdaqNM:XLNX - news) to develop photomasks and that it signed a multiyear, multimillion-dollar agreement to supply photomasks to Xilinx. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed. To develop the photomask technology, the two companies have set up a research and development team made up of employees from both DuPont and Xilinx.
