This elevates NTT DATA’s existing relationship with Telefónica UK Limited to the role of ‘quality guardian’. It will raise the overall quality of IT service delivery, enhancing customer experience through improved quality and reliability.
The appointment cements NTT DATA’s role as a trusted partner directly invested in Telefónica UK Limited’s success. The deal is based on an innovative ‘risk and reward’ business model, whereby the value of the partnership is directly linked to the CIO’s objectives such as lowering the total cost of ownership (TCO) and improving the time to market for products and services.
