Tellabs Goes to Acapulco

NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Avantel, a Mexican telecommunications service provider, will use Tellabs' equipment to introduce voice and data business services in 12 of Mexico's largest cities. The Tellabs MartisDXX(R) managed access system, which consists of integrated hardware and network management software, will quickly and efficiently provision new services to help Avantel satisfy customer demand and generate revenue immediately.
