TDC Restructures

The company will be organized into Consumer, Business, and Wholesale and Operations divisions

COPENHAGEN -- TDC A/S has today decided to change the organisational structure of the company to a customer centric rather than a technology centric organisation. Going forward the company will be organised into the divisions Consumer, Business, and Wholesale and Operations. The latter will be responsible for sale to wholesale customers, networks, IT and operations.

Accordingly the current divisions Fixnet Nordic, and Mobile Nordic will be dissolved. Jesper Theill Eriksen, who until now has been CEO of Mobile Nordic will become CEO of Consumer, whereas Carsten Dilling, who has been CEO of Fixnet Nordic will become CEO for Wholesale and Operations.

Simultaneously it has been agreed that CEO Business Nordic Klaus Pedersen will leave the company and thereby exit the Executive Committee of TDC at the latest by 15 March 2009.

As new CEO of Business Nordic and member of the Executive Committee the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Jens Munch-Hansen, who will assume his new position no later than 15 March 2009. Jens Munch-Hansen is 53 years old and holds an M.Sc.

Jens Munch-Hansen joins TDC from IBM, where his latest position has been as Vice President for IBM Sales and Business Development North East Europe. Throughout his career at IBM he has since 1980 held a number of management positions in Denmark and internationally including General Manager for IBM Nordic from 2000-2007.

The Executive Committee of TDC will hereafter consist of: President and CEO Henrik Poulsen, CFO Jesper Ovesen, CEO Wholesale and Operations Carsten Dilling, CEO Consumer Jesper Theill Eriksen, CEO YouSee Niels Breining, CSO Eva Berneke and CEO Business Nordic Jens Munch-Hansen.
