Tata Teleservices Reports Full Year

Revenues grew 15% to Rs.2058 crores for the financial year ended March 31,2009, compared to Rs. 1790 crores for the year ended March 31, 2008.

Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) market share increased by 1% as comparedto the previous year, as per the reports published by the Telecom RegulatoryAuthority of India (TRAI), a growth of 14.8% compared to the industry growthof 3.6% in TTML’s geography.

EBITDA grew 23% to Rs. 600 crores, compared to EBITDA of Rs. 486crores for the previous year.

2861 wireless sites deployed as compared to 1538 sites at the end of the previousyear.

TTML has been rated as the only congestion free network across Mumbai andMaharashtra in the last three consecutive reports published by TRAI, and wasrecently rated in independent studies commissioned by TRAI as the No. 1wireless operator in terms of overall customer satisfaction in its geography.

7.49 million subscribers achieved, a 48% growth over the 5 million subscriberbase registered in the previous year.
