SonicWall appoints Lynn Butler VP of human resources; Paul Cook, senior VP of human resources, has resigned to pursue other interests

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- SonicWALL, Inc. Ms. Butler was also the director of human resources for Netscape Communications’ Worldwide Sales & Marketing organization. Throughout her career, Ms. Butler has been involved in all areas of the human resources field, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, explosive growth hiring on a worldwide basis, organizational restructuring, and executive search and employee development programs with such companies as Sybase, Ungermann-Bass, The Gap and Intel.SonicWALL also announced that Paul Cook, senior vice president of human resources, has resigned to pursue other interests.SonicWall Inc.
