Seranoa Networks names Graham Pattison president and CEO to lead startup transition, as it moves headquarters to Boxborough, Mass.

BOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Seranoa Networks, the leading developer of IP edge concentrators for network service providers, today announced that it has named Graham Pattison as the company's new president, CEO, and board member. Interim CEO and founder Paul Kelley will continue as Chief Technology Officer. In related news, Seranoa has moved its company headquarters to 60 Codman Hill Road, Boxborough Massachusetts. "As Seranoa transitions from evaluation trials into customer deployments, Graham brings to the company extensive operations, business development, and service provider experience." said Seranoa's Interim CEO and Founder Paul Kelley. "Graham is a highly capable executive with demonstrated ability to ramp sales and profits, and a reputation for business integrity who will take Seranoa to the next level." Graham Pattison has a proven record of leadership with over twenty-five years of success building businesses in a variety of high tech markets. Prior to joining Seranoa, he was a CEO-in-residence and venture partner at Beacon Telco, a venture capital development company. Previously, he was president and CEO at Verilink Corporation (Nasdaq: VRLK), where he successfully restarted the company as a business-to-business broadband access company. Prior to Verilink, Mr. Pattison held numerous executive positions with Motorola.
