Sprint provides high-performance voice and data services for leading transportation and logistics provider

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. and GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Sprint (NYSE: FON, PCS) today announced a multiyear, multimillion-dollar agreement with Schneider National, Inc. to deliver voice, interactive toll-free and frame relay services. Schneider National is a premium transportation and logistics services provider and North America's largest truckload carrier.

Schneider National selected Sprint as its primary provider of communications services. In addition, Sprint has teamed with its affiliate, Sprint Canada, to help provide the local expertise and resources to seamlessly connect Schneider National's locations in Canada.

By using a secure, reliable frame relay network, Schneider National anticipates that it will realize cost and time efficiency as well as enjoy an easily scalable network that will allow the company to migrate into next-generation, high-performance IP (Internet Protocol) networks.
