(NASDAQ:OBAS - News) a leading provider of advanced digital video solutions today announced that Perry-Spencer Rural Telephone Cooperative, PSC, headquartered in St. Meinrad, Indiana, is using its carrier-grade IPTV streaming platform, MGW 5100, for delivering local television channels to its subscribers.
