Packeteer Inks Reseller Pact With IBM

CUPERTINO, Calif. -- Packeteer®, Inc. (NASDAQ: PKTR)a leading provider of Internet application infrastructure systems, todayannounced an agreement wherein IBM (NYSE:IBM) will resell and servicePacketeer products, beginning immediately in the US and expandingglobally. IBM's UNIX Server group plans to work with Packeteer todevelop a worldwide solution offering. Under the agreement announcedtoday, IBM will resell Packeteer products as both stand-alone andintegrated service solution offerings.
