Anite enhances wireless testing capability with Nemo acquisition

FLEET, U.K. -- Anite, a leading provider of test solutions for the wireless industry, has completed the acquisition of Nemo Technologies Ltd., the network test business of Elektrobit Group Plc.
The combined companies will operate as separate divisions under the Anite brand name to offer an enhanced wireless test product range, covering solutions for handset development, integration, conformance and interoperability testing through to an extensive range of field measurement solutions.
