Oki, Sumitomo Bring VOIP to Brazil

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Oki Network Technologies (Oki NT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. of Japan, today announced that Sumitomo Corp. do Brasil, a subsidiary of Sumitomo, Japan, has signed a major distribution agreement that will enable Sumitomo Corp. do Brasil to act as a direct point of distribution for Oki NT's carrier-class Voice over IP gateways.
