NeuStar Hires Execs

WASHINGTON -- NeuStar, Inc., the industry's trusted choice for inter-carrier services management, today announced the appointment of three new senior management executives aimed at enhancing the company's delivery of inter-carrier services. Wayne Charity has joined NeuStar as Senior Vice President of Systems Development and Engineering, Lisa Donnan will assume the position of Vice President of Marketing, and Larry Farr will take over the role of Vice President of Sales.

Mr. Charity brings nearly 29 years of information services and management experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Systems Development and Engineering. As an engineer, Mr. Charity will work to drive interoperability and automation across complex value chains, enabling NeuStar systems to run more efficiently.

Prior to his position at NeuStar, Mr. Charity served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for e.spire Communications, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of e.spire's OSS and BSS integrated back-office platform. Mr. Charity previously served as Vice President of Customer Fulfillment for Qwest, where he led the company's service order entry, switched/toll free/local services provisioning, and calling card activation across all business units.

In her role as Vice President of Marketing, Ms. Donnan will oversee the creation and implementation of all marketing and product management initiatives for the company. Ms. Donnan's marketing skills in network, wireless, data, IP and Internet will be instrumental in expanding NeuStar's marketing efforts.

Prior to her position at NeuStar, Ms. Donnan served as Principle of TMNG, the largest publicly traded management consulting company serving the communications industry. While at TMNG, Ms. Donnan was responsible for leading the marketing unit and wireless practice.

Previously, Ms. Donnan served as the CMO and President of U.S. Sales at BCE Teleglobe, where she led global branding, advertising, public relations, marketing strategy, product management and development and communications.

As Sales VP, Mr. Farr will help expand usage footprints and provide essential infrastructure services in to drive new revenue. Prior to joining NeuStar, Mr. Farr operated as the Executive Vice President of Global Sales at start-up OSS provider Eftia OSS Solutions where he rebuilt and managed the global selling efforts in order to successfully penetrate the IXC, RBOC, CLEC,

Wireless, ISP and DSL markets. Previously, Mr. Farr served as Vice President in charge of Mid-Atlantic National Accounts at Qwest Communications where he created, developed and directed a start-up sales organization targeted at penetrating Fortune 500 companies.
