PARIS -- Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) is building its presence in the fast-growing Russian telecommunications market following the announcement today of a major expansion of its partnership with Rostechnologii (SC Rostechnologii), Russia’s largest high-technology corporation.
