KPN Sells Getronics Australia

THE HAGUE -- KPN announces that Getronics has today executed a binding agreement in relation to the sale of the Getronics activities in Australia to UXC Limited, a listed Australian business solutions company. Completion is scheduled for 29 February 2008. The initial consideration is based on a multiple of current earnings and will be payable in cash at completion.

Getronics Australia, with employees in excess of 500 and a comprehensive agent network across Australia, provides workspace management, communication and professional ICT services to large and medium sized Australian, Government and International blue chip clients.
