AT&T/T-Mobile: The Really Important Question

11:50 AM -- C'mon! We all know there's only one question that really matters in the aftermath of the AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T)/T-Mobile US Inc. merger falling apart:

When will that nice lady in the pink dress start being nasty about AT&T again?

T-Mob's magenta minx, Carly Foulkes, used to make fun of dear ol' Ma Bell, in T-Mobile's TV ads, remember?

That all got way watered down as the merger plans got underway. Last I looked there was some disturbingly lysergic Christmas ad with pink elves:

No AT&T there!

So what's our bet on when T-Mobile will start taking potshots at AT&T in its ads once again? I'm going to say a couple of weeks at most. After all, it's pink in tooth and claw out there, people.
