Luminent Names US President

CHATSWORTH, Calif. -- Luminent Inc. (Nasdaq:LMNE) today announced the appointment of Aaron "Uri" Levy as the new president of Luminent, U.S.A. Levy has more than 18 years broad-based experience in corporate management as chief executive officer, president, and chief operating officer of publicly traded and privately held firms. As a technology visionary, Levy has extensive experience in operational plans, R&D, Quality Control, manufacturing, marketing and sales.
