MILPITAS and ALAMEDA, Calif. -- LSI Logic Corporation (NYSE: LSI) and Wind River Systems (Nasdaq: Wind) today introduced a bundled chip and software solution for networking applications. This offering embeds LSI Logic’s 24+2 Intelligent Switch, known as the L64324, with Wind River’s TornadoÒ for Managed Switches (TMS) software and provides a low-cost per port single chip solution for the voice and data communications market.
