CSP Digital Transformation: Making Headway or Facing Headwinds?

We’re checking in with the CSPs and investigating what’s going well, and what’s going not so well, as they pursue large scale digital transformation. We will present data from a Heavy Reading survey, conducted earlier this fall and sponsored by ServiceNow, of 83 global communication service providers about their digital transformation journey. We’ll be taking a look at their adoption status and their goals and drivers for digital transformation. Rollout strategies and challenges along the way will also be explored along with how CSPs are building their digital transformation ecosystem. In addition – we will examine how evolving tools and technologies such as low code/no code, Generative AI, the open ecosystem and 5G Stand Alone are impacting the Digital Transformation journey today and moving forward.
