HanseNet Picks Level 3 for IP

LONDON -- Level 3 Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:LVLT) announced today that it has signed an agreement to provide IP transit service to HanseNet, one of the leading regional carriers in Germany. Under the terms of the contract, HanseNet will use (3)CrossRoads to connect its high-speed Internet access subscribers to content on the Level 3 network, and to content that’s delivered over the other networks that comprise the public Internet.
