Fibernet Appoints Frewer to Board

BASINGSTOKE, U.K. -- Fibernet Group plc, the bespoke network service provider, today announces that Tony Frewer has joined the Board as Group Operations Director. Tony has been Fibernet’s Director of Network Operations since 1991.

Tony Frewer has served on Fibernet’s senior management team as Director of Network Operations since 1991. Tony’s responsibilities include the Network Operations and Strategy, Customer Service, Project Management, Pre-Sales, Engineering and new product implementation functions.

Prior to joining Fibernet, Tony was Network Manager for leading investment bank, Kleinwort Benson (now part of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein).

Tony Frewer does not currently hold any other directorships in publicly quoted companies, nor has he held any in the last five years. There are no other details to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
