EXi Telecoms Gets New CEO

WARRINGTON, U.K. -- EXi telecoms, leading, independent provider of telecom services to telecom organisations world-wide has announced the appointment of Mark Ballett as Chief Executive Officer. Mark has over 25 years experience in business, the last 15 of these within the telecommunications industry. Mark's career to date has included Mercury Communications, where he was Supply Director, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of OnCue Telecommunications Ltd., Managing Director of Norweb Telecom, during its period of growth from small, regional to national operator, and Board Director of Storm Telecommunications Ltd.
