Setar in Aruba deploys Verso's softswitch and the Verso Back Office (VBO)

ATLANTA -- Verso Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSO), a leading provider of next generation network solutions, announced today that SETAR of Aruba has expanded VoBB service using Verso’s softswitch and the Verso Back Office Solution (VBO).

SETAR N.V. is the leading telecommunication company on the island of Aruba and provides solutions for fixed line, mobile, broadband Internet and data communications. SETAR will be offering the VoIP solution as a complement to its Broadband services.

SETAR selected Verso’s next-generation softswitch solution to develop its new IP-based services, focusing on feature-rich prepaid and postpaid VoIP services to residential and corporate customers, including softphone applications, second line services and follow-me capability. The system is integrated with a unified messaging platform and back-office systems. In addition, the Verso platform is used for international VoIP-based interconnection.
