Luminous Appoints New CFO

CUPERTINO, Calif. -- Luminous Networks™ today announced the appointment of Bruce Margetson, a veteran financial executive, to its senior management team as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. Mr. Margetson brings proven financial and operational leadership and management skills to implement essential business strategies and practices to ensure the company’s continued successful growth.Mr. Margetson has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, planning and IPO/merger transactions. Most recently, he has served as CFO of two software companies, Taviz Technologies and WorkCard.
