Haley Joins Celox Board

Steven Haley, ex Juniper, Cisco and StrataCom, joins board of service-aware switch startup

Celox Networks, the company delivering the most scalable edge aggregation and IP service switch for large service providers, today announced that Steven Haley has joined the company's Board of Directors. Steven has over 24 years of executive sales, marketing and management experience with both start-up and established vendors of next-generation networking and telecom equipment. Most recently, Steven spent four years as a founding Executive Officer and Vice President of Worldwide Operations, Sales and Service at Juniper Networks [NASDAQ: JNPR]. Prior to that he was Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Service Providers, and Vice President, WAN Product Sales, for Cisco Systems [NASDAQ: CSCO]. Steven joined Cisco through its acquisition of StrataCom where he spent nearly seven years in senior management positions. Most notably, Steven served as StrataCom's first employee in its international group where he established and managed the company's operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Earlier in his career, Steven held various management roles with Bytex (acquired by Network Systems), Prime Computer and Data General. "With multiple trials underway or beginning soon with some of the largest and most respected domestic and international service providers, Steven brings a wealth of timely assets to our Board of Directors," said Kent Mathy, Chairman, President and CEO of Celox Networks.
