BOXBOROUGH, MA -- Appian Communications, award-winning developers of the first intelligent optical access products for the edge of service provider networks, today announced its evaluation selection by Everest Broadband Networks, an innovative new entrant in the fast-growing Building Local Exchange Carrier (BLEC) telecommunications market. Everest will begin evaluating Appian's Optical Services Activation Platform (OSAP) 4800 this month.
