Edwards was also a Partner at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in Los Angeles and San Francisco where he specialized in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions for high-tech companies. During his tenure, he structured, negotiated and oversaw dozens of initial public offerings (IPOs) and venture capital financings.
