Acterna Appoints Executives

GERMANTOWN, Md. -- Acterna, a subsidiary of Acterna Corp. (NASDAQ:ACTR), today announced the appointment of Mike Clark and Vishnu Goel to senior sales positions in North America and India. Clark was named vice president of sales for Acterna's sales operation focused on North American manufacturers. Goel is Acterna's new managing director for India sales. Both joined Acterna from Agilent. Clark's appointment reflects Acterna's commitment to the manufacturing sector of the communications industry, a strategic business for Acterna. Clark most recently was global business and marketing manager for Agilent Technology's communications services solutions business unit. He brings more than 14 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and general management in the communications industry. He is based in Research Triangle Park, N.C. With a 25-year history in the communications industry, Goel most recently was general manager for Agilent's test and measurement organization in India. He is a six-time member of HP/Agilent's High Achiever's Club. Goel will lead Acterna's customer operations in New Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai.Acterna Corp.
