Ericsson to provide managed services to Mobistar in Belgium

STOCKHOLM -- Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) has been selected by Belgian operator Mobistar, member of the France Telecom group, for a managed services cooperation. About 150 employees are to be transferred from Mobistar to Ericsson.

Within the agreement Mobistar has chosen Ericsson to manage parts of its network activities in the course of 2007. The 5 year agreement is expected to be in commercial operation from the second quarter of 2007 and has a value of approximately EUR 300 million. The finalization of KPIs within the managed services agreement is ongoing.
