PARIS -- Maxime Lombardini is joining the Group's General Management as development director. He will be responsible for the operational management of the main development projects, in particular those concerning high-speed broadband and mobility.

Before joining Iliad, Maxime Lombardini held successive posts as Managing Director of TF1 Production, Development Director of TF1 and General Secretary of TPS.

After working for the group for more than 7 years, Michaël Boukobza informed the Board of Directors of its decision to leave Iliad's General Management this summer, to spend time on personal projects. Iliad's Board of Directors has noted this decision and would like to acknowledge the work accomplished by Michaël Boukobza within the Group's management team.

The Chairman of the Board will propose to the Board of Directors of Iliad the appointment of Maxime Lombardini as Chief Executive Officer when Michaël Boukobza leaves his position.

Aged 41, a graduate of the Paris school of Political Science and holder of a Master's degree in business and tax law from the University of Paris (II), since 2003 Maxime Lombardini has been General Director of TF1 Production, whose workforce consists of 350 staff. While in this post he restructured and energized the group's six subsidiaries. From 1999 to 2003, he was Development Director at TF1, a position in which he studied and implemented the group's growth operations. From 1996 to 1999, he was the General Secretary of TPS (a subsidiary of TF1 and M6), a position in which he took part in launching the satellite package.
