Cramer Systems names 30-year IT industry veteran Jerry Crook as CEO

BATH, U.K. -- Cramer Systems, a global leader in telecoms network inventory and provisioning automation software, today named respected IT industry executive Jerry Crook as CEO. Mr. Crook, whose career spans senior level positions at ranking computer and software companies, brings nearly 30 years' experience in operations, sales and general management to Cramer. As CEO, he will be responsible for operations and management of a global enterprise recognized as one of Europe's fastest-growing technology companies. Mr. Crook most recently served as Vice President & General Manager - EMEA at Peregrine Systems Ltd., where he grew the EMEA operation from 90 to 750 people and revenues from $48 million to over $148 million.
