Cirrex Names CFO

ATLANTA -- Cirrex Corporation, a developer of integrated opto-electronic subsystems, announced today that John E. Kahn has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Kahn brings with him more than 15 years of financial experience and is a seasoned CFO who has managed financing, growth and highly successful investor exits for technology companies. In his new post, Kahn will lead all financial operations, as Cirrex ramps up development of its OCHIPTM (Optical Communication Hybrid Integration Platform) product and embarks on its next round of financing.
