Cavium Appoints CFO

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Cavium Networks, the leader in content and security processing with the industry's broadest product line, today announced the appointment of Arthur Chadwick as Vice President of Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Art has over 26 years of industry experience and he was most recently Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Pinnacle Systems, a public Silicon Valley technology company. Art was a key member of the Pinnacle Systems management team, where he helped grow the company from early start-up to a public company with annual revenues in excess of $300 Million.

Prior to being CFO at Pinnacle Systems, Art spent ten years in the semiconductor business holding senior financial management positions at American Microsystems, Austrian Microsystems and Gould Semiconductor.
