NCTC Adds 4 to Board

Execs from EPG Chattanooga, Allo Communications, All West Communications and Shentel Communications elected at org's annual members meeting in July.

LENEXA, Kan. –The National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC), representing more than 750 small and mid-sized independent cable operators across the U.S., today announced the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors. Katie Espeseth, vice president, EPB Chattanooga; Brad Moline, president, Allo Communications; Matt Weller, president, All West Communications; and Tom Whitaker, senior vice president-cable, Shentel Communications were elected to the board on July 29 at NCTC’s annual members’ meeting, The Independent Show, in Anaheim, California.

Selected for their innovative work to bring exceptional products and services to their customers, the incoming board members are respected industry leaders with expertise in broadband, finance, operations, and engineering.

Rich Fickle, President and Chief Executive Officer, NCTC

Tom Gleason, Executive Vice President, Vast Broadband

Chris Hilliard, Chief Executive Officer, USA Communications

Jim Holanda, Chief Executive Officer, RCN/Grande

Brian Lynch, Senior Vice President, Schurz Cable

Brad Mefferd, Chief Administrative Officer, Buckeye Broadband

Elaine Partridge, Vice President of Special Projects, Vast Broadband

Jeffrey Ross, President, Armstrong Cable Services

Wayne Schattenkerk, Chief Financial Officer, WaveDivision Partners

Karl Skroban, Vice President of Video Strategy and Programming, Comporium

In addition, two members were added to board committees:

Jason Hansen, Chief Technology Officer, Conway Corporation, has joined the Technology Service Committee.

Kristi Ramsey, Director of Content Management, TDS, has joined the Programming Committee.

NCTC board members commit to a three-year term and work in partnership with NCTC leaders to support its more than 750 member companies.
