Telekom Austria Enhances aonTV

VIENNA -- The Telekom Austria Group today announced the launch of two new innovative services within the Fixed Net’s aonTV offering. With the additional package “aonTV HD video library” (1), Telekom Austria is the first cable TV provider in Austria to offer its customers high-definition (HD) video-on-demand with Dolby Digital 5.1 sound quality, as well as HD live broadcasting on television station ORF1 during the UEFA EURO 2008™. Moreover, as of today, the company has launched a time-shifted TV feature for 11 top programs from its aonTV portfolio.
