AGL Networks hires Scott Incrocci as vice president of sales and Aaron Rennert as vice president of strategic sales

ATLANTA -- AGL Networks, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of AGL Resources Inc. (NYSE: ATG), announces that its executive team has grown by two with the addition of Scott Incrocci, who joins the company as vice president of sales, and Aaron Rennert, who enters as vice president of strategic sales. "Aaron and Scott bring a highly-valued background of telecommunications experience to AGL Networks," said Gordon Stark, senior vice president - sales and marketing. "Their roles will be highly complementary to each other, yet will allow them to carve out their own niche. Because AGL Networks is focused on developing services to meet the unique needs of a diverse client base, we are expanding our management team to meet the demand we are currently seeing, and which we anticipate will continue to grow." As vice president of sales, Incrocci will be responsible for directing all aspects of the company's sales initiatives and will represent the company in all activities associated with account acquisition and customer development. Incrocci most recently served as director of sales for XO Communications in Atlanta, Georgia. Serving as vice president of strategic sales, Rennert will spearhead efforts to identify and acquire new technology and channel partners and customers, with an emphasis on targeting wireless service providers, regional bell operating companies and independent local exchange carriers.
