William Webb is CEO of Webb Search, providing independent telecoms consultancy and advice. He was one of the founding directors of Neul and became CEO of the Weightless special interest group (SIG). Prior to this, William was a director at UK regulatory authority Ofcom. He was IET President in 2014 and 2015, has published 16 books and has multiple honorary doctorates and awards.
