SupportComm has selected m-Wise's MOMA Platform to exclusively deliver content to more than 30% of the Brazilian mobile market

WILMINGTON, Del. -- m-Wise, Inc. (OTCBB: MWIS), leading international developer of technology and solutions for mobile content providers, wireless operators, and on-demand application service providers, today announced that SupportComm, Brazil's largest provider of mobile content services, has selected m-Wise's MOMA Platform to exclusively deliver content to more than 30% of the Brazilian mobile market of 95 million subscribers.

Brazil is the 5th largest mobile handset market in the world and SupportComm has already delivered over 60 million content downloads Y-T-D in the region. SupportComm plans to use the MOMA SDP platform to extend its services in this market where it manages mobile content delivery services for 3 well-known mobile operators in Brazil, in addition to managing its own mobile content portal and to fortifying its relationships with the remaining mobile operators in the region.

SupportComm selected the MOMA Platform from a long list of competitors because of m-Wise's extensive experience of more than six years in the mobile content market, the robustness of the platform, its extraordinarily rich functionality and its ability to present a complete and flexible solution for their needs.

The MOMA platform will be used to deliver mobile content such as ringtones, wallpapers, videos and games to millions of Brazilian mobile subscribers. Hugues De La Vergne, a principal analyst at Gartner called Brazil, "the powerhouse of Latin America." Brazil's strong appetite for mobile handsets was affirmed recently by Anatel, Brazil's Telecom regulator, who reported Brazil's current mobile subscriber base (August 2006) at an estimated 95 million users, an increase of more than 13 million subscribers, up 15% from December 2005 and on track to reach 100 million subscribers by the end of the year.
