Quarry Appoints CTO

BURLINGTON, Mass. -- Quarry Technologies Inc., an innovative supplier of Internet Protocol (IP) service edge switching solutions, announced today that it has named Steve Kohalmi to the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Steve Kohalmi is one of the co-founders of Quarry Technologies, having joined as a member of the original hardware team from BBN. He has been instrumental in leading the development of Quarry Technologies’ iQ-series switch architecture. Mr. Kohalmi has provided vision and direction for the entire solution, overseeing the architecture group and interacting closely with the development team on technology issues.
