OTTAWA -- Enablence Technologies Inc. (“Enablence” or the“Corporation”), a developer of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) transceivers for optical modems, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of U.S. based ANDevices, Inc., (“ANDevices”), a supplier of Planar LightwaveCircuit (PLC) based photonic devices for the growing access, metro and long-haul communication markets.
