BIRKEROD, Denmark -- Dr. Søren Isaksen, in parallel with his position as Chief Technology Officer in NKT Holding A/S, will assume the position as Chief Executive Officer of NKT Integration A/S after Chief Executive Officer Lars Rønn. This change will be valid per September the 1st, 2004 as Lars Rønn has accepted a position outside NKT Integration A/S.
