ECtel announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Ron Fainaro has decided to leave the Company

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel -- ECtel Ltd. (NASDAQ: ECTX), a leading global provider of Integrated Revenue Management(TM) (IRM(TM)) solutions, today announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Ron Fainaro has decided to leave the Company, to pursue other business opportunities. ECtel's management has launched a search to locate a qualified successor and the transition is expected to take place during the third quarter of 2007.
