iVMG, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Samer Salameh as President & CEO.

At Prodigy (NASDAQ: PRGY) Mr. Salameh introduced a new strategy and a comprehensive business model, successfully turned around the aging Internet pioneer, and led it to a successful IPO in February 1999.

During Mr. Salameh’s time with Prodigy, his skillful capital procurement, shrewd acquisitions and strategic relationship building grew the company into the largest DSL Broadband Internet provider in the United States, while growing the company’s Internet revenue stream from $20 million in 1997 to over $400 million in 2000, and the subscriber base by over 600% in the same timeframe. This combination of rapid growth and visionary leadership will serve iVMG, Inc. well as it prepares to take a leadership position in next generation IP traffic management.

“iVMG is a unique opportunity offering great fun and huge potential,” said Mr. Salameh. “Having spent the last few years successfully turning around a business, I now want to use that experience to build a sound business from the ground up.”
