WTD Shows at OFC

WUHAN, China -- As the leading supplier in OC industry, WTD announced its brand new products for 10Gbps Ethernet and SDH/SONET, XMD 10Gbps TOSA & ROSA and 10Gbps tunable optical transceiver. Both of them will be highlighted in the following OFC/NFOEC Expo.

XMD 10Gbps TOSA features an uncooled DFB laser diode with MQW structure, built-in InGaAs monitor photodiode, FPC for RF output and TO-56 packaged.

XMD 10Gpbs ROSA features high reliability planar InGaAs PIN Photodiode, LC package and FPC for RF output, operating temperature range is -40~85oC.

10Gbps tunable optical transceiver is available in 80km reaches; features MZ Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) External Modulator integrated with 16 channels 622Mbps Mux and Demux, I2C interface to provide monitor control and alarm, full tunable C and L band, and Dynamic Wavelength Provisioning for Reconfigurable OADM Applications. It meets Telcordia GR-253 and OIF SFI-4 requirements; mainly applied in SONET/SDH and 10Gbps Ethernet, Metro/Regional/Long Haul DWDM Universal and Spare Line-card.
